Residents looking for a fall activity near Alpena can sign up for a hydrangea wreath-making workshop planned for Oct. 10 at Netta’s Nursery in Posen.
The Thunder Bay Arts Council is offering the class in collaboration with Netta’s Nursery and Wilson’s Lasting Expressions Flower Shop of Alpena. Tara from Wilson’s Lasting Expressions will teach participants how to make the wreaths.
Workshop details
The fundraiser will run from 10 a.m. to noon. Registration costs $50 per person, and organizers say all materials will be supplied. Fall treats will also be available for participants while they work.
