Alpena Salvation Army seeks winter coats and cold-weather gear as need is expected to rise
The Salvation Army of Alpena County is collecting coats and other winter clothing for local families, with donations accepted at 722 N. 2nd Ave. during weekday hours and through an after-hours drop-off bin.
